August 2, 2007 - Image Marketing Concepts (IMC) is proud to announce the launch of their Extreme Business Makeover winner’s website – www.animalsamaritans.org.

Animal Samaritans SPCA, Inc., a local non-profit organization, was chosen as the recipient of a marketing package valued at $20,000.

"We decided to focus all of our makeover efforts on their website," said Kate Spates, President of IMC. "We’ll continue to make improvements with developing ecommerce features and new exciting elements. We believe in what Animal Samaritans contributes to our community and we want to support their causes in any way we can," Spates added.

Animal Samaritans SPCA has been active in the desert since 1978. Their mission is to "promote the welfare of animals in the greater Coachella Valley" with programs and services such as: spaying and neutering at low or no cost to prevent animal overpopulation; low-cost vaccinations to promote and maintain animal health; humane education to teach school-age children responsible animal care; sheltering and adoption to find loving homes and companions for animals; and Animal assisted therapy to benefit those who are in hospitals, nursing and convalescent homes.

Fred Saunders, Executive Director of Animal Samaritans said he is excited to have a new and significantly improved website. “It will allow us to better communicate our mission, needs and successes to our members and the public at large,” said Saunders. “IMC came along at the right time, and we are truly grateful for all of their generous, hard work."
